Tim McGraw, Faith Hill Sell 131 Acres Of Farmland For $3M

A Texas family has paid $ 3 million for 131 acres in Leiper's Fork community, which was part of the estate of over 750 acres power couple Country Music Tim McGraw and Faith Hill put up for sale a year ago.



Brian Houston and Carin Terp plan to build a house on Bailey Road land they bought from Danda Farms, a trust in which the property in general is held, the agent Steve Fridrich Fridrich & Clark list Realty said.

McGraw and Hill bought the property through a couple of offers of 13 years, according to tax records. They bought about 353 acres for $ 5 million from Cal Turner III and then roughly 400 acres of Gerald Roberson for $ 8,750,000.
