The couple wants a newborn baby - preferably a toddler - in the next year, according to the National Enquirer.
"I love to have a child to go along with his three daughters," revealed a friend. “It’s something we have discussed doing in recent years, but we finally decided to go for it.”
Tim, 47, and Faith, 46, pose daughters, Gracie, 17, Maggie, 15, and Audrey, 12. Initially planned to have up to five children when they married in 1996.
But that all changed with Audrey, who was born two months earlier, weighs less than four pounds and began her life in a neonatal intensive care unit.
"Faith and Tim are so happy that Audrey was out of danger and she has grown into a fine healthy girl," continued the friend. “But faith was not about to push his luck with another pregnancy.
"It was bittersweet for them to see their daughters become teenagers and the need for mom and dad less and less.
“I think the idea of being young again to have a little one in the house appeals to them.”
Faith was adopted as a newborn by Ted and Edna Perry, and the source says he wants back what happened to a child.
"The adoption of a child, in his mind, is a way of paying it forward," said the friend.
"Faith and Tim plan to start talking to people who are looking to put a child up for adoption. I would really love for this to occur in the winter.”
